Hi i have today recieved a letter back from the rbos saying that they are looking into my recent letter regarding fees applied to my account. They are considering my claim and reckon to assess this it will take 6-7 weeks! Do i accept this or push for a quicker response? Thanks your advice has been invaluable. -

Thanks for that, so I have written back to the RBOS today giving them 14 days to respond, do they normally write back and say not taking responsiblity or do they often come back with an offer? Have you reclaimed charges with RBOS? -

Hi i am have received back my statements today and they total with interest nearly £8000 anyway what are the options if they RBOS do not respond within 14 days, small claims is out of the question as i think you can only clain £750 so where and what do you do then? Is it onto your lawyer? Ta
