    Help Please

I am in the process of trying ro calim back money from Lloyds and today we got the Court Date 24th July 2007, the Notice of Allocation states, The judge has considered yada yada 1. The Claimant do within 21 days of the date of this order (14th June) serve a schedule detting out the amount of individual charges, the dates they were applied to the acc. and the reasons given for these charges. Do I just send the court copies of the statement of charges the bank sent me. do I just send that to the court and not the Bank also. Plus. do I not do another calculation of interest at 8 % to the date of the hearing ? plus any other charges they have levied on me ? I'm so scared at the thought of going to Court ...any advice would be much appreciated thanks in advance
  7. I too have rec a letter from the court dispensing of the AQ, so I'm now waiting for a court date ? Should I be sending anything now ? Sorry, I am so out of my depth here and reading (although really helpful ) has me a tad confused. thanks in advance
  8. LLoyds are notorious for dragging EVERYTHING out, just remember to keep documentation and proof of everything right down to the person you speak to and what they said, if your claim goes to court the problems you have had will be seen by the powers that be. Lloyds TSB submitted their defence to my claim literally a few hours before the deadline, I might have to go to court and I may loose but I will let the courts know the banks are dragging their feet and wasting court time. Good luck Fred
