  1. hi not been on here for a long time like many others went through the whole court thing only to be stayed then waited for s.c. ruling then told that was the end so can someone please explain how cases are still going on and courts are allowing amendments in there p.o.c.s why wasnt everyone one given that chance? please forgive me if iam a little way behind others but i would like some information as to where things are at this time many thanks
  2. Yosemite Hope everything has worked out well for you today and the Judge in York gave the Y/B an expensive day out. If so, it may teach them not leave things so late in the future. Have a fantastic holiday regards ragger

  5. Yosemite On the the bright side it wont be long before the Y/B have to show what they are all about after the Hull hearing, but cant see that happening, maybe then the Courts will act and put an end to all the the time wasting tactics the banks use, we live in hope. Ragger
  6. Hi Yosemite Have the YB filed there Court Bundle. If not your cheque must be on the way. Why do they let things go this far when they know they are going to settle, just shows what they are like to deal with. Anyway wont be much longer just keep positive. regards Ragger

  12. Hi JonCris Thanks for your reply would be grateful for help in wording a skeleton argument on the sanctity of benefits. I think I have the statutes that cover the benefits I receive namely Social Sercurity Admin Act Sect 187 and Tax Credits Act Sect 45.   14. Hi to everyone A.Q. Submitted got a court date 28th of August thanks to this site. I need help because I have only just become aware that there are rules governing the taking of state benefits for the purpose of paying bank charges.The account Iam in the process of claiming charges back on is soley used for this purpose.Can anyone advise me whether I have now left it to late to include this information. I would be very grateful for any input. thanks Ragger
  15. Could someone please help have received court date for the 28th of August. The account Iam claiming back charges for is used soley for benefits to be paid in.   17. hi everyone need some help a.s.a.p I have so far with the help of this site been able to get my claim to the point of getting a court date.I have however seen references that if you are receiving benefits these are some how protected and should not used to pay bank charges, my account is soley used for this purpose.Can someone please enlighten me how this works.Is it now to late to do anything bearing in mind how far my claim as gone would be very grateful for any help. regards Ragger
