Have court date with Barclays in 10 days time. Any advice? Has anyone done the court thing with B recently?

Is Mr Berwick one of "ours" Interested to know if he send in one of those impresive court bundles. Also, does a judge have to declare an interest? I.e. would he have to declare if he/she has an account with/shares in the bank you are claiming from? If a ruling goes against you do you have the legal right to ask if the judge has an interest?

Mailed my court bundle re Barclays on the day the judge ruled in favour of Lloyds! Not a good omen. Court date in June. Any support greatfully received.

What is a court bundle? Can't find it on the site. Can you send link please? what should I send other than photocopies of statements showing bank charges. Thanks for help -
Have Court (torquay) Date After Refusing Offer From Barclays Of Half Of Requested Refund Of Past Bank Charges. Been Asked For Copies Of Info - Yes That Means Photocoping 6 Yrs Of Statements+ X2. No Allocation Questionnaire Requested. Have You Done This? What Can I Expect? Is Mediation A Viable Option.
