man who is dealing with it at largo was not working this afternoon will phone in the morning x

lady from direct line as phoned they have found me and my debt was sold to aic on 14 /12 2005 asked how much debt was sold for but she did not have that information also asked for a copy of notice of assignment but she did not have that i all might come back with the s a r but dont think i will have it in time for court should i phone aic and ask them for a copy x

yes that is what i told her, and the ref number on petition is to short for a direct line ref number she siad it was not there ref number

ok when the lady from direct line phones back i will ask her if they have one thanks x

sorry another question if the debt had been sold should i not of been informed and would aic need to show me something to say they had bought the debt from direct line

ok thanks just got off phone to the same lady at direct line i spoke to yesterday she got someone else to look on their system for me and they have nothing she has asked me to fax her a copy of the bankruptcy petition to see if she can look into ot further...

and i also phoned largo law and asked who they are acting on behalf of did not say anymore to them and was told they are acting on behalf of direct line i said thank you he then said he has spoke to direct line and is waiting for further instuctions and would be incontact with me i just said ok thanks and put the phone down buffy x

also the last payment i paid was feb 2002 so thats 8yrs ago when does the 7or 10 yrs they have to keep records from start from x

ok thanks will phone them now and on all docs i have seen and got does not mention aic but direct line but the phone number and address on all docs is aic and it definitely said served by direct line even the petition sayswe at direct line then aic address petition the court that a bankruptcy order be made it also says direct line v me going to make phone call to direct line now will let you know how i get on thanks x

3.did you approve the PPI.............. no

4.yes they only sent 2 pages of the cca

5.not got the stat demand yet but last week when i went to the court the lady showed me a copy and i think it was 12 /2/2010

phoned court today and they have now sent me all documents on the case. also phoned direct line to get an account number off them for sar but the could not find me on there system the lady who i spoke to went on to tell me they do not use out side law firms and had not heard of largo law. also i think that they are not acting on behalf of direct line as it says on the petition the put into the court but for allied credit as it say direct line but the addressthey have put is not direct lines but allied credit any ideas on what to do now thanks buffy x

the court told me any papers i am sending in need to be with them 7 days before court date

hi thanks for your help i am fine with going to court as long as i know what i am saying i will go back to the court in the morning and ask for copies the affadavit and the statutory demand the court date is 6th july so 2 weeks tomorrow and i will send off a s a r to largo in the morning buffy x

on the 6.9 form they have also have put their full name and address as direct line anderston house 389 arygle street but this is the address for allied international credit not direct line our they allowed to do that is that not false information

hi went to the court yesterday the court gave me a copy of the creditors bankruptcy petition on failure to comply with a statuory demand they would not give me a copy of the staturory demand and the affadavit i asked how the SD was served and the lady at the court said they had called at my house but got no answer so spoke to a man who lived next door who comfrimed post was received at my address then the SD was sent by 1st class post. i have got the 6.19 form to fill in but not sure what to put.

what i did notice was on the 6.7 form (the failure to comply one )it says please give the amount of debt, what they relate to and when they were incurred please show separately the amount or rate of any charge not previously notified to the debtor and the reasons you are claiming it.... they have just but the debtor is justly and truly indebted to us in the aggregate sum of £3,069.69 in respect of ............... and then nothing they have not filled it in.

on another letter from largo it says

petition debt £3069.6

court fee £190.00

service of bankruptcy petition£65.00

solicitors costs £1,755.00

total £4.824.69

also found out that patrick stone has left largo and letters are just signed largo law have tried to talk to someone at largo but they said they didnt have the paper work so could not help

about 2 weeks to go dont no wat to say as i said have no dates or any thing have emailed largo they wont give us any info the letter is court stamped still no papers from court tho just dont no how to go about writing to court and wat to say i know this debt is statue b it must b well over 9 years now since any payment or aknowlegement been made

i have recieved a bankruptcy petition from largo law it says on it failure to comply to a statutory demand for a liquidated sum payable immediately

never had any stat demand the debt is well over 6 years since paid or herd from them phoned courts and their is a hearing date sent largo law statue barred letter weeks ago and asked all info but phoned them and the said never recieved letter have proof posting recorded delivery

just seems they wont give me any info its in court 3 weeks from now
