Hello can someone please help me? I am due in court on 29th June Lloyds TSB, I'm not sure how to inform a moderator but have been getting together a bundle, I am having trouble finding relevent terms and conditions even using that archive website (I am possibly staring them in the face with out realising!!) My account was a gold account in 2001 changed to a platinum in Aug 2004. I would love some help and advice if any is forthcoming. Thanks
