    i had exactly the same. A bog off letter then a full and final settlement for £1000. less than im claiming for. Im refusing and gona take them to court.

    thanx im gona reject the offer and start court procedings

    im trying to claim charges back from A&L £1284.00. Got standard letter saying their charges were fair etc etc, sent my second letter and got a letter back offering me £240.00 in full and final settlement. Dont know what to do HELP!
