    Hi everyone. Im reclaiming my charges from A & L for just short of £1000. Ive got to the stage where Ive sent the letter saying that Ill take them to court. When you say that you give them 7 days to reply, does this include weekends or just business days?.... Wish me luck!!! Ill let you all know of the outcome
