Could someone please help my wife.She is partially sighted and as been for a number of years and she as a full time carer.Recently she received a letter from Mckenzie Hall regarding a debt that was owed 11yrs ago and it was at the old address where we used to live.My wife and i have never heard of the company that she is supposed to owe this debt too.I have tried contacting Mckenzie regarding this matter but getting nowhere they just ignore our phone calls and emails.Now they have sent another letter threatening legal action unless we pay i am at my wits end with it and my wife is quite poorly please help me if you can
