  4. Hi, I have had the usual shove off letters from BOS so am taking them to court. my claim is for £9724 but i am now wondering if my figures are fully correct... they may differ slightly now i have look at the interest calculator.. is it reasonable to assume as long as these figures are water tight on the court papers i will not have harmed my claim? has any one else taken on the BOS business banking? if so how did you do? any info would be greatly appreciated as i am a little nervous of the thought of going to court but am determined to do so as they helped ruin my business!!!!
  5. many thanks... i`m going to look now
  6. thanks, but am being really stupid... i can`t find the BOS forum!!
  7. Hi, I am in the process of going through the courts to claim back £9724 from the Bank of Scotland. They have told me that any recent media coverage relating to Bank refunds refer to credit card charges only and in any event ALL my charges relate to my closed Business A/C which were within the contractual agreement and lawful... What ? £130 per day for bouncing 3 cheques??? Anyway my problem now is ... firstly when looking at the online court service i question if i can do so because the office i have been dealing with is customer relations, Business Banking, Rosyth Europarc Rosyth KY11 2UU SCOTLAND which obviously isn`t in England or Wales, allbeit they have branches in England. Secondly, should i make several claims for lesser amounts to keep the figure under the £5k figure to fasttrack the claim? Sorry to sound soo dense but am getting very fed up with being brushed off!!! Does anyone have a site for me to download a spread sheet for charges to send with my court papers. Would appreciate any other info.. many thanks
