  1. I spoke to Blackhorse and it looks like my ex has lodged a new complaint on 2/01/2015, so they told me that the letter will be coming out by 27/02/15. I wanted to seek advice before I draw their attention to their previous letter in August 2010 that requested our signatures for payment. The person that I spoke to confimed that they have accepted that the ppi was mis-sold so they are in the process of sending out the letters to be signed for payment. I will send the SAR request by tomorrow so that I can check if they are paying the right amount. Is it better to push for the old letter/complaint to speed things up or see what happens with the new one?
  2. The debt is listed by the DCA. I checked my Credit File.
  3. The DCA is not adding charges or interest at the moment. I didn't have access to the blackhorse account online the last time I tried but I will try again, otherwise I will do the SAR Request.
  4. I queried the loan amount that the DCA is claiming and when I called Blackhorse, they said they have sold the loan so they can't deal with me so I should ask the DCA to call them which I did. I wanted to know if they froze the interest as they told me they will and how they arrived at the final figure.
  5. Sorry, Stigman. I was referring to the ppi refund amount, not the loan settlement amount. Or are you saying the DCA is now responsible for the ppi refund?
  6. I will call Blackhorse tomorrow and try and resolve it by requesting a final figure from them and tell them I don't know the wherebouts of my ex because I don't know where she lives. That will give me an indication of how to deal with it after the sale of the loan. I will call FOS as well.
  7. Yes. There were arrears and fixed sum penalties.
  8. It was a single premium ppi that was added to the loan.
  9. Thanks. I will look for the payments and put them in the spreadsheet. A major part of the loan was outsanding when they sold it off.
  10. Just spoke to my ex and she is still refusing to sign. It looks like she was trying to claim half of it but she said that they sent her a form requesting a lot of information which she does not have. I asked her why she was trying to start another process when it has already been accepted over 4years ago. She said I was shouting (her usual trick) so I said okay bye. It is all about taking and cheating the other person with her. She wanted to collect it without my notice so that I will be left with the payment. She said she is entitled to half of the ppi but she is not responsible for the loan payments.
  11. It was blackhorse. It is before the 8% is added. I believe the charge is still in place but it is in the name of Blackhorse as we have not signed any transfer.
