I have had loads of problems with PC World Leeds - found all the managers I dealt with to be incomptent idiots with do idea of what decent customer service is. There was 1 in particular that irritated me - forgotten her name, could have been Esther or something... she was a jumped up little so and so who treated me with no respect I rung up to complain and all I got was a stupid discount voucher for my next shop there... well I wouldnt go back if you paid me!!!!
