I got a car from welcome finance, on HP...i'm 1.5 years into the conract and now have a company car which is cheaper, i dont want the welcome finance car anymore...what do ido?

i'm in the exact same siruation as you and i'm getting a car from work which works out a lot cheaper, reading through all the replies you got, none were really answering your query...i also want to know what to do about welcome finance, i want to give their car back but i dont want to owe 13000 quid?? what to do???!!!???

i have just requested my bank statements from natwest, by the way i got back £1400 from HSBC, now my natwest account is £3500 overdrawn, witha limit of £1500...they have already sold it to a debt collector for a while now....i also have a managed loan account which is in the red and a Credit card account and First reserve account which are in the RED...please tell me if i apply for a refund on all these separately, also can i opt to receive the money as a cheque or paid into a different a/c witha different bank????? i havent used these accounts for more than a year now, but i think they are just keeping on with charging interest still????!!!!! please let me know how to go about this???? i1m dead worried and i want my money back!!!!!!!!

i have just been mailed a letter saying they wanteda breakdown of my charges and they also set an example of how they'd want to see it stated...how long does it take from this stage?? is it normal for them to ask for this??? im owed £2002 will i get it you think???
