Hi, im claiming £10000+ from LloydsTSB ive had the fob off letter and am just about to reply with threaten of court action although god knows what happens when i have to file for court!!!

Ive started a claim for bank charges made against me by Lloyds TSB for just over £10,000. I have sent the initial letter, they responded in exactly 2 weeks with the usual bluff letter saying no way! What do i do now??? I cant go to small claims because its over £5000. Any advice please
