  1. No doubt like thousands of others, I shall be glued to the CAG website over the next few weeks to check on the fall-out from Tuesday's judgement in Birmingham. It's great to see so many positive comments and to witness a general determination to press on with the campaign. I'll admit I was feeling pig-sick an hour ago after spotting the court news on Teletext – my own claim is into its final stages. Now, following my dash to this website, I shall sleep a lot better than I might have otherwise done. Good luck, everybody. Nighty-night...
  2. Hi everybody. This is the first time ever that I've posted anything anywhere, so I hope I manage to press the right buttons! Well, I've 'done the deed' and taken my form + cheque + attachments to the local county court as the next step in my quest to recoup money from Lloyds TSB. I nearly fell off my chair when I totted up how much their charges came to over the past six years. If I do win my action, I won't be rushing out to order the new Ferrari just yet, however it will make my financial situation a great deal healthier. On the back of that, today I'm off in pursuit of our banking brethren again for charges to the small firm run by myself and my business partner. Again, if we are successful, both he and I will be very happy bunnies. Wish us luck … and success as well to everyone else out there in their own efforts. I hope that we all get a result (as soccer types say) before the banks' legal eagles come up with some devious way to wheedle out of their predicament. Yo!
