The judge placed a stay on my claim as he said a case was going to higher court and he wanted to see what the outcome was blah blah blah..... I sent him the template letter to request the removal of stay and i have just recieved a letter requesting me to go to court to " HEAR THE CLAIMANTS APPLICATION TO SET ASIDE THE ORDEROF 17/01/07" WHICH WAS THE DATE I REQUESTED THE REMOVAL OF THE STAY, DOES THIS MEAN I HAVE TO GO TO COURT TO PROVE WHY I WANT THIS REMOVED, HAS THIS HAPPENED BEFORE? PLEASE HELP, IAN

Well i'm just waiting for a court date now, Claiming back £3000. Case was stayed as they said i did not include my statements (which i did) so hand delivered them to court on tuesday so now just sat with fingers crossed, Ian. P.s getting really scared now what if i was the first to go to court and lose!!!!!!!!
