Thanks Caro, I will ring the court and the Abbey to see if they want to settle. Bri

I have finally received my date for court for the 17th of July, however this is for a "preliminary hearing in this case (and several others which raise the same or similar issues and involve the same Defendant) at a time and date notified to you in this letter." It goes on to say that the hearing is intended to give directions for the hearing of some or all these cases in a way which saves time and expense. This is particularly rich as I first put my court claim in at Moneyclaim on the 30th of February and have been moved courts twice! Anyway, what my point is, do you think they are going to start hearing our cases en masse, and is this a good thing? should I turn up for the prelim? Or there is the option for me to apply to have the order set aside? I am getting a bit confused as to what is happening. Any help would be welcome. The bank is Abbey and the court is Park Crescent, the nearest one to their offices.

Dear all there is no need to use excel or any other program. I believe there is a calculator on this site, and I know there is one on the Moneysavingexpert site that also adds on the interest automatically. I'ts so simple you just put in dates and amounts and it lists them and adds them up for you too!
