  1. Hi Guys, im sorry If Im in the wrong thread here, I started my claim against Lloyds back in January. It has been the most pro longed experience of my life. I have followed all advice given and I am now at the stage of waiting for a court date (personally dropped my allocation questioaire off over 2 weeks ago at the local county court) and I am still waiting for a date, which I am led to belive will get in another couple of weeks. I am pretty concerned now thqat they will turn up at court because that have defended at each stage with the timescales given (shame they couldnt do timescales when I wanted by bank statements or replys to my letters that were sent recorded delivery that were lost) can any body give me some advise on what to do, please, cheers
  2. Hi Carla You have been lucky only in the sense that they have achknowledged your claim, I have been going for months and they have never responded to my letters apart from the one requesting statements and then thay took nover 50 days to give them to me then they only give me 5 1/2 years worth. I'm now in the process of the Money on line claim and I will go for every penny they have took of me, and I would advise every body to do the same. They would not think twice about taking money off you, so you shouldn't neither. Just think what you could do with that extra money.... Good Luck!!!!!!! Everybody!!!!!
  3. Hi taloola1 Received my statements 43 days after my letter was received by them, it took a few phonecalls threatening to call the the 'Information Commissioner' and actually calling the IC. Lloyds TSB acted like untouchables, Soon see howuntouchable thay are after the next letter They get. Good luck to yourself too and good luck to everybody else, Its about time that the banks start abiding to the same law of the land that the rest of us do.
