I think you are an idiot for paying them anyhting

Intrum Justicia are a bunch of unclever jobsworths who prey on hurting people. I learned some time ago. I set up a series of voip numbers, only cost £1.99 each. I then use these for dealings with everyone who is not family. IF I have problems, like with eBay, I simply divert the line to Intrum, so they keep calling themselves 3 times a day ( call logged) and they still don't get it. I fall about laughing. Some days I divert the line back for a laugh with them. It really winds them up.
