  1. Thanks a lot, I shall send it today. How did you get on with that? Did they reply?
  2. Hi all. I have just received a rather formal letter from Interim Justica who claim to be acting on behalf of Ebay. The say I owe £46.84 and if I don't pay within 10 days a county court claim will be issued and I will have to pay the following: Ebay £46.84 Court Fees £20.00 Solicitors Costs £50.00 Total Amount £116.84 I don't owe Ebay anything. They either have the wrong person or it's just a mistake. I have phoned them who told me to contact Ebay. I have had no response from numerous emails to Ebay and the 10 days are nearly up. I know that they have put bad marks on my credit rating and they refuse to remove them. Any advice would be fantastically appreciated
  3. Sorry I don't understand (this is how I get myself in these situations to start with!!!) shall I contact the Council that I owe the money to to pay them or to find out who the bayliff is?
  4. Ok, so I send six months worth of cuncil tax to the coucil I was in at the time? What then happens with the extra bayliff charges?
  5. I know how much it should be, but that was six months ago, and I have had no contact with the bayliffs since then. I have read and heard so many stories about exsessive "visit" charges that I am scared that it could be many times more when I contact them and that it must be paid imediantly.
  6. Hi everyone. I have been reading through the forums for a while now and think what you guys are all doing is great. I have a major problem in my life right now and don’t know what to do about it. I owe council tax for six months and I know there is a debt collection agency chasing me for it. The problem is this: I have since moved (approximately six months ago) and not have paid them. I want to pay them everything that I owe, but I am worried that as soon as they find out where I live now they will hit me with six months worth of charges and either expect me to pay immediately or come around to remove my possessions. Is there an anonymous way of finding out how much is owed or any way to pay them with out giving them my new address? I know you will think I should have paid them to start with, but I just didn’t know how to. Any help would be great.
