  1. I issued 26th February. Received a letter this morning informing me that a correction had been applied and a refund of charges had been made, and that the MCOL fee would be refunded within 5 days. Also told me that if I did not comply to the rules of my flex acount that they would issue 30 days warning of intention to close my account
  2. I have not received the letter, but my charges were refunded to my account yesterday, shown on my flexaccount online as " correction". I also claimed for my court fee of £30 (MCOL) how does this get repaid ????
  3. Mine was issued 26th Feb (MCOL) and on the acknowledgment of service Nationwide state they intend to defend all of this claim. eggopp what did they state on your acknowledgment of claim ????????
