In the early stages here. I got seven years worth of bank statements back from Edinburgh after 7 days wait. Interestingly, the RBoS put them in a fairly flimsy envelope and it broke open in the post. There was no covering letter in the bundle the PO delivered. to remove identifying information

I understand that I will be issuing against my branch but the question for me is in which jurisdiction? As I live in the deep sarfff I don't want to have to trek up to a court in Scotland because my branch/account is up there. -

My first post. Treat me kindly... My branch is in Scotland, but I live in England (and have never actually been to my branch as my old branch closed). Will I be able to issue proceedings in England?
