I've had a letter from DG solicitors today requesting a breakdown of the charges, I've sent my AQ back, yesterday, should I send DG my court bundle or just the information they've asked for? S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) sent 09.10.06 postman with a bad back arrived a week later First request sent 02.11.06 no reply Second Request sent 16.11.06 no reply Started proceeding with mcol 01.12.06 Acknowledged by HSBC 07/12/06 Defence entered 04/01/07 AQ returned 17/01/07 Letter requesting breakdown from DG 18/01/07 Claming £4112 plus interest 919.58 = £5031.58
