Hiya all, ive just registered today. Im going to get around the site this evening and suss out as much as possible like it recommends.
Then hopefully I can then understand correctly all the letters and information i need to request and processes i have to follow.
Ive joined today as my request to Rbs - virgin one account to be given a cost information on how they arrive at 29.00 for each failed direct debit this past week, ive had 6 now as im in the process of changing banks to barclays via the switchover service. I did ask them to provide this information as its seems severe and i wanted to know how much it really cost them for their inconvenience of informing me! Their email advised me that they have passed on to their concerns team.
Any advice wait on their responce of any possible refund or should i counter attack with my request of all previous charges too to be refunded?
Any help would be great from anyone, next bank will be the Halifax, they were very dogmatic in their dealings with me when my husband lost his job and i feel i should try to get my bank charges back from them too.
All in all, i feel inspired today and will navigate the site for a bit now and come back later this evening.
Ciao for now MAZ
