  1. I went with[EDIT] - they were pretty good and got me a better quote than the others.
  2. I came here wondering about the same thing. I had a phone call from them and they were really annoying, wouldn't take no for an answer. Apparently they do charge. If I remember correctly it was slightly different than a DAS also, not too sure of all the legality of it.
  3. Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help in relation to BT business broadband. I started a company with another person on Feb 2008, and got BT business broadband for the office. A couple of months down the line, we went to see an accountant and it turns out we had set the business up wrong, so we had to start up another company with (UK) at the end of the name. We phoned BT, and told them about the change. And our bills still came with the old company name on the letter. So we phoned again and again to get them to change the name to the correct one. Eventually we gave up as the broadband was working anyway...so to hell with them. Anyway, the company has hit some trouble dec/jan after a client owing thousands of pounds has decided she doesn't want to pay. We've now got rid of the office and my partner has left the company while I struggle to keep it going from my flat, but there are BT bills still to be paid. £280 to be precise. Am I legally entitled to pay this bill? Should I phone BT and tell them that the company they are sending the bills to was changed and since they never updated their details, I'm not responsible. Is there a way out of it, and to cancel the contract? Any help would be appreciated, thanks
