  1. Hello At the end of my tether trying to sort my debt out. I currently owe £1400 to Simplybe which are part of homeshopping direct, i cant seem to be able to view how much interest i am being charged on my paper statements or on my online account! i have emailed them asking for this information. I have a lot of £12 missed payment fees or fees for producing letters. Having read through the forums here a lot of people say you can claim this back and the compound interest they have charged on them. Ive found the spreadsheets that calculate it for you and filled them out with as much information as i can. But i only have access to the last 6months of simplybe statements online, do simplybe have to give me access online to all the charges they have made ? I also owe £180 to very but having looked at all the charges they have made to my account since april last year is £156 plus interest. How do i go about claiming this back ? and how do i get the companies to freeze the interest on my account. At the moment i've agreed to pay simplybe £75 a month but they are adding £44 on interest every month, considering i am on minimum wage it would take me years to clear this debt. I also have a credit card with the bank of scotland which had an APR of 29.45% but i always pay this on time and have a direct debit set up so i never get extra charges with this. I had considered attempting to get a consolidation loan from RBS who i have my current account but with all the late payments i'm sure my credit score must be horrendous and they are probably not going to touch me with a barge pole!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
