I received a NIP dated 10/08/12 for doing 38 in a 30 in London on 31/07/12. I didn't respond within 28 days but did respond to the chaser they sent soon after. They offered me a speed awareness course and I posted back the form just two or three days later to say that I would take up the offer. That must have been about a month or so ago. A couple of days ago I received a Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty dated 24/10/12. They obviously haven't processed my response saying I'd take the SAC. Any suggestions how I can get back on to the SAC? Who should I contact and how? Thanks for any help, Z
