  1. Hi I've been renting this house for a few years. I have a yearly tenancy agreement. Whenever my landlord visits and whenever I see her, she goes on about selling the house. Every time anything is does in the house, she goes on about how it might or might not help her sell the house. She has never given me any specific information about when she intends to sell and never given me anything in writing about this. She just seems to want to constantly remind me that it's her house and that she wants me to feel insecure in this tenancy. Is this acceptable landlord behaviour? It's really getting me down, making me feel worried all the time and it's awful not knowing what's going on. I think if she wants to sell then she should make a serious decision, tell me in writing and give me notice. If it's just 'talk', then she should give it a rest and allow me to live in peace in my home. I would find somewhere else to live, but it's not that easy and I like living here.
