Overall the service was great, quick pick up and the turn around was superb.... BUT and this is a BIG BUT.... BEWARE.... I weighed my bags beforehand 1 x 26.8kg 1 x 25.4kg 1 x 24kg I was actually paid very promptly for 62kg unfortunately I sent in 76.2 kg 5kg of clothing was stated as unaccepted and there was 9Kg of clothing that just vanished. so instead of £45 I actually got £37.20 Now Clothes for Cash will tell you all bags are weighed by City Link Couriers, my advice is weigh your bags very carefully and take video evidence, not only this but if Clothes for cash do not like negative feedback they get it removed from a certain review site they ask you to send your review into to which seems to easy and strange, I have reviewed this site and continually am told they disagree even though I have provided all relevent evidence, no wonder they have such good ratings....in my opinion I was ripped off, How many people actually weigh bags properly? I know I weighed the bags accurately, not only this there is the question of 5kg of refused clothing, I also know the clothing was of very good quality,... There are some companies that offer 40p-60p for unacceptable clothing any way you just have to search, another tip is do not just Google it use different search engines, there are other great companies that give cash on collection just make sure you search. In my opinion Clothes for cash gave me 49p per kilo and not 60p I sent in 76.2kg and was paid £37.20 anyone else have a bad experience with this company? I keep getting my other reviews removed, and if you look on the review site the other reviews are so fake in my opinion.
