should i take on the halifax

thank you for all your advise i feel reasured now,time to get things started wish me luck:) -
hi just found this site and it all looks good just a bit wary of doing it,the halifax stopped my overdraft last time i complained,got it back it was their fault they said it had expired funny that they have never done it before wonder if it was my letter????now put of going ahead with all this but they have been so unfair,they are nice when it suits,reading this is giving me hope

hi so glad i have found this site,having a lot of problems with the halifax,wrote them aletter over my bank charges and the next thing i know they stopped my over draft 2 days before i was due to go away saying it had run out,it took me nearly 2 hours on the phone to tell them it expires next year i was right now frightend to try again:-(
