  2. I have opened another account . I am not sure just to accept this offer or not as I dont have a overdraft with them anyway and is it worth it just for £164 ? Thanks for your reply
  3. Hi There. I Have Just Received A Letter Today From Natwest Offering Me My Full Refund Of £164 But There Is A Paragragh In The Letter That I Dont Really Understand Can Anyone Give A Quick Response Here It Is. Any Charges That Properly Accrue In The Future Will Be Applied To Your Account In Line With Our Published Tariff And In Accordance With Your Agreement With The Bank. Should You Be Unwilling To Accept Any Such Charges, Then We May Need To Consider If We Are Prepared To Continue To Provide You With Your Existing Banking Facilities. Instead We May Offer You A Simple Account That Does Not Offer Borrowing Facilities Or Other Services That Can Result In Charges. Am I Right In Thinking They Are Telling Me That If I Accept The Offer I Cannot Claim Anymore Charges If Applied.

  5. Hi all Can anyone give me any advice I had 2 personal accounts and 1 personal loan. The 2 personal accounts are now closed but the loan acc is still opened but I have never paid into it for about 2 and 1/2 years. I have worked it out that the 2 personal acc's I was charged £3250.00 inc Intrest if I was to claim this back would the bank just credit the loan acc or would they have to return it to me as the charges was from other accounts. THANKS IN ADVACE JIMMY.

Thanks for your very fast reply. can you tell me one other thing in the 2 letters that I sent I requested all money and all of the charges history to be cleared from my account as they should never have been applied in the first instance. Do you know do I have to accept the offer if they only offer a full settlement but do not remove all charges from my account history .

  9. Hi all can anybody tell me the 14 day for the LBA just expired on 02/02/07 I still have not had a letter of settlement from them but they have told me on the phone that it has been sent out should I go-ahead and start court procedures or wait for this letter they said it would be sent out by first class mail on Friday but like I said their time was up on 02/02/07. please help Thanks in advance jimmy (newcomer).
  10. Hi all I am now at the stage where I need some advice from all you experts out there. I used the 2 letter templates asking for my money back and the LBA. At the expiry of the first letter I received the standard letter from them so I sent off the LBA and a couple of day before that epiered I hadint received anything so I gave them a courtious call to explain that the LBA was due to expiere in a few days time and that I had had no responce from them and I would be pusueing them through the courts at the expiry date. The costomer advicer advised me not to comence with court action as I should receive a settlement figgure by the second week in feb/07 and if I did comence with court procedings then I would be left out of pocket after the settlement was issued as they dont pay for court costs. I have a strong feeling I know what your responce will be but felt It best to ask anyway thanks in advance jimmy (newcomer)
