They have 15 days to come up with the back statements. My branch seem to be pretty good as they have said that they will supply all the details I require. The problem I can see is when it gets to headquarters in Belfast and some snotty nosed manager get their hands on the request then the smelly stuff may hit the fan. Will keep everyone posted.

Northern Bank. I don't know if it will make any difference but they have just been taken over by a Danish bank. I wonder if that will make any difference to any claim that is with the Northern Bank?

Hello everyone, Well I don't know if this is relevant as I live in Northern Ireland and all the literature states England and Wales but not law in Scotland. I have had problems with my bank charging me over the last 6+ years and I would like some of my hard earned cash returned to me. So if any one has had dealings with the banks in N Ireland please let me know. More to the point if anyone has managed to lever some money out of the big four banks over here please let me know soonest.
