Hi there I wrote to the bank seven days ago with the letter of intent to take legal action if they did not repay my bank charges in full. I have just had a letter back today stating: Having reviewed your account, I regret we'll no longer be able to offer you an overdraft facility because the agreed credit limit has been in arrears. you overdraft facility with close on Mrach 22 please make sure account is brought into credit. Then theyt talk about unauthorised overdraft facilty fees which are ridiculous. I am my husband only get benefits paid into our account as we do not work and spend our time looking after our autistic son. Are they losing me down? can they take away my benefits? I am not sure I will get an account elsewhere please help I dont know what to do. personal details removed
