just got reply from bank 12/02/2007. there statment said they will send out the statements in the next 10 days however. if i request to a manual intervention on my account, hbos is under no statutory obligation to record this information .what are they on about? please help with this one

sent(s.a.r) letter asking about bank charges (bank of scotland) How long does it take to get an answer. they have taken the full £10 out of my account ,what would be the waiting time on this fist transaction with the bank? anyone know i would be obliged
