Hi, I use to work at FD a long time ago.... Martini, AES, RBN (Reference Book Notes), EDGE are all different programs that they use to manager the accounts. Martini and RBN's are used to make notes of charges, overdraft limits etc. This is what you will recieve. John

Hi I bank with FD - but need clarification. Everyone talks about claiming back when items are unpaid. But what about when FD paid them and then charge me £35 for going over my limit - am I allowed to claim those fees back as well? Thanks
