Ive sent the letter stateing how much the bank owe me, they have responded with a letter saying they are sorry Im unhappy, they are within their rights and if I want to take it futher I should write to the Customer Relations Manager. What letter should I send now & do I need to send it to the Customer Services Manager Cheers anybody ; )
