  5. Hi, Basically im in a rut, i moved house and notified orange, i fell behind in payments but obviously a phone bill was last of worries from moving house, they however continued to send letters to the previous address...and default notices. which i obviusly never got. The debt (something like 100 pounds) passed onto a debt collections agency, paid it off nto a problem (after ringing orange to pay the bill anyway!) But i know its a default on my report, its not fair as i let them know, but they are saying they can only show default paid which im not happy with! HELP!!! i want to start sending letters to them...get the ball rolling for them to correct it...what do i do? please help!
