I really feel for you, I have similar problems with Barclays and now LLoyds. I was off work for 3 months after having a breakdown which was not helped by daily harassing phone calls and more charges. I am now better and am now self-employed and finally feel stronger and able to take on these B.......!! I won't give up until I get some sort of justice and re payments of unfair charges. Just sent off first letter to Lloyds as have been charged over £760.00 in less than 8 months. very generously gave me back £70 when went in and complained!!! will let you know how I get on. Also having battle with Barclays who I have an account and Loan with, they will be getting the statements and charges letter as this has been going on for about 3-4 years. I am currently in debt by £12,000 and I reckon if I can get back all my unfair charges I should be able to pay several thousand off these debts especially as most of these debts are as a result of mismanagement of my accounts.
