  11. Can I reclaim charges for un-auth O/D Fee?
  12. I have just got my summons for speeding on the A2 in kent! A mobile unit got the car I was in (company car) doing 62mph in a 50mph zone (road works), I asked for the picture as there were 2 of us in the car at the time and I could not be sure who was driving at the time! they sent the photo, it showed a lovely silver windscreen of the car I was in, no pic of me or my work mate, just a lovely shiny silver windscreen! the picture of the car was clear enough but due to the suns angle, no picture of the driver! I sent the police a letter to the above affect and recived a letter back saying that "the case is being returned to the prosicuting officer to deal with" In british law it clearly states "beyond resonable doubt!"
  13. Right, time to update you all, iv not been on for a while (life being what it is!), Subject Acess Request sent for both my Shabby accounts, with my £20 fee, (£10 for each acc) 4 days later i got my, "sorry your not happy, we are dealing with your request" letter, Statements recived about 7 days after that! After a rough look at them they owe about £1,750!!!!!! Am I right in saying that I can, LEGALLY,:o charge 8% from the date of the penalty charge??? for each and every charge? Thanks Madmedic112. P.S. 17. I have requested my "fines" from abbey via email 41 days ago, i called them today to find out what the delay is, i was told that the abbey "do not give that sort of infomation on its own", however they can send a statement covering the last 5!!! years and will take a further 28 days! something is better than nothing! whach this space, the other problem is the indian call center not understanding english law, they get told what to say and stick to it by hook or crook! Fingers crossed!

  21. How on earth can it be leagl to give someone a CCJ BEFORE the end of the year, My Water charges are paid in advance, (as are everone esles) for the comming year, so how can i be issued a CCJ before the year is out? Fair, i dont think so!
  22. Just a thought, should we not make any charges we levi against the banks "reasonable"? after all we dont want them putting in a counter claim!
  23. I emailed abbey last week and got a reply telling me to call them to make sure i did send the email! i called and they said they will deal with my request within 7 to 14 days! However they said that under the "DPA" they only have to go back 5 years! i'll settle for that! WATCH THIS SPACE!
