Hi Maxibon, claim was for 935.00. Just sent letter with every statement and got money with no problems much to my surprise. Try phoning 0131 523 3245. It was Sandy watt at this number that settled my claim.

Hi, dont know if this will help but I just got every penny back including all charges within 3 weeks of first and only letter. I posted this to Tommy Mclean, Customer Relations, Customer Central Support, First Floor, The Forthstone, 56 South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh, EH12 9LE. Hope this helps and good luck.
