Claiming £3848.55 Lloyds have Refunded to my account £750. I instructed them on 4th May 2007, to remove the "GOODWILL REFUND" and i would pursue the FULL AMOUNT through court action. To this date the money remains in my account. An account which i have had my right to withdraw removed. I'm not going to mess about with split claims. I am looking for a Legal Aid Solicitor in the Aberdeen Area, I am actually resident in Shetland but as the only Legal Aid available here is from a Criminal Defense Lawyer, i have to seek a solicitor in Aberdeen. I have just received an offer for £750 , a short fall of £3000 of my claim for charges. I have copied the Response to settlement offer , filled in my details, but i am unsure which address to return this letter to. Do i return it to Andover, or do i send it to 25 GRESHAM STREET, LONDON. Can some one clarify this for me please.

After trying for at least 10 days to get through to 01264 832297 It is now non existing. I manged to get their new number which is 01264 832915 and was speaking to customer services within 5 minutes.
