Hi, after spending almost all day reading the articles on this site (some very helpful) I have typed up my first letter to Natwest to claim 413.00 pounds back. I Have used the letter from the libriary on here but amended this slightly, as one of main complaints is the fact that they have (several times) taken charges for unpaid items etc which have taken my balance over my overdraft limit, therefore causing more charges to be taken from my account! Sending letter tommorow so will keep you updated. Many thanks.
