Hi, Newbie's first post... I'm crap with money, and as a result, I get bank charges most months. These must add up to thousands. I'm with Smile. I'm about to go down the route you guys recommend. Just reassure me that Smile are likely to hand me at least some of this back, and it won't knacker credit ratings, or anything similar? I have another account, should I need it... Any encouragement welcome.
