Hi I just wanted to give thanks to Bank Action and to let others know what happened to us. For various reasons, we ended up being levied with unlawful bank charges. We followed the advice on this site and sent a letter. We have since received a phone call and a letter with a re-imbursement of the charges. So thanks to Bank Action Group and hope others have a satisfactory resolution. cheers
