Just to let y'all know that I have received a letter a few days ago advising that they are prepared to Refund only £450.00 and that this will be credited to me account within some days (nothing as of yet) - can anybody tell me what I should do? Shall I still ask them to refund the remaining £284.88 - Im basically, lost I don't know what how to go on about this... Please advise... Is it possible after that £450.00 is refunded to ask them to reimburse the remaining £284.88 as what they call "good-will gesture"???? Your help is much appreciated. Ta. 2TECZ
  3. Hello everybody @ the consumer action group, this is my first post regarding action against my bank Lloyds TSB plc. I am happy to say that I have already sent the first letter on 06/11/06 demanding the charges which have been made to my account, and I have already recieved my first "Model-Answer" from Mrs Chris Brown from the B'Ham office at 10 Swallow Street. I have also received full comprehensive information with regards to the charges which have been applied to my bank account. I have enclosed some photo's of the charges, that I recieved in the post this morning. Unfortunately, I ain't got a scanner so I used my digital cam. lol To date: I have been charged: £ 734.88 this includes O/D excess fee's, O/D Interest and one Unpaid D/D I have also been charged; Account Charges, however I believe I may not be able to claim this because they are legit. (This sums up to £200) Now, I think it is time to take legal action and when I iniate my claim, I would like to know how much interest I can claim on the above amount. Unfortunately, I have not got Excel or any other spreadsheet tools on my Laptop but I was wondering if someone would kindly, advise me on how much to claim. The information I have recieved through the Post from Lloyds TSB is stated below.
