Me too, between 2003 & 2004. When I ring them, I get an answerphone

Hiya everyone, im new here My brother used this site to get charges out of his bank, but I thought it was all too much hassle.... THEN, since monday of this week, I have had £175 in charges added to my bank account, and when I spoke to the call centre, I will have another £25 unauthorisied O/D fee taken out on 21/1/07. I am actually very upset because I cant afford that when I was only paid £950 due to changing jobs, my rent is £600 and xmas is in less than 3 weeks. I sent of my S.A.R. today with a postal order. I have looked through my statements and have calculated £600 of charges over the last year. Let the battles commence
