Thankyou again...merging would be good as i'm getting confused now.... ...thats what lack of sleep and a week old baby will do....i've copied the prelim letter and will send it off to them tommorrow!! just another quick question...what is the schedule of charges?? is that the official bank statement showing what they charged me or can i print a statement from my on-line banking showing their charges!!

hi...i've just gone over my overdraft with NatWest by under £100...so they have charged me the £28 for that...then another charge of £30 for the privelage of them paying a £19 switch transaction...and I believe another £30 for them once again paying an £11 payment!!! This has all happened in the last week (along witht the birth of my son) so i'm a bit stressed and annoyed!! Can someone advise me please should i send off the 'preliminary letter' now or is there something else i can do first?? I have spoken to my bank and they 'reffered it to head office' blah blah blah and they have said they will not refund the charges!!! I know this is a small amount of money compared to most thats on here but it really winds me up they do this!!! thanks for listening and sorry about the length of this thread!!
