Requested my statements under the DPA for the last 6 years end of march.....They sent me all my statments which was great worked out they owe me £328....but they sent each month in its own envelope so when i came home it was like i had been on holiday for 2 years struggled to open the door!!! 6 years worth of statements!!! Took me 20mins to open all the evelopes....perhaps HSBC are trying to slow me down!! Sending off letter asking for me money back today

Hey Just a thought..can you claim for charges if they are older than 6 years? I know the DPA gives you six years of info but what if you got statments older than that with charges on them? Thanks

Hey peeps Was chatting to a girl i work with few days ago because she mentioned she had to go to the bank in the afternoon i just shared with her about me looking to get my charges back. She came on this site read up about what we are all trying to do and then when she went to the bank she kicked off about a recent charge she had got and he refunded it RIGHT THERE AND THEN! so she now is looking to claim back ALL here charges! This works people!
