Hi there, i have had a visit from robinson way & co today 03.12.06:mad: because of an outstanding debt, which is being delt with by a debt managment company, (got proof in black and white!!) they are wanting to remove items from our home, does a court not have to issue a court order first, and send you details??) hope i haven't hijacked this thread, i am just so angery at them!!) all help appreiciated. cheers

Has anyone had dealings with this robinson way & co debt collectors. because today 03.12.06 two arrived at our door asking to take furniture (i was out in town today) and belongings from our house, because i had ignored several letters and telephone calls from this company (who i have never heard of!!) so 1st they have disclosed confidental information to someone who was looking after our house, 2nd no prove of letters/phone calls, and doesn't a court have to issue a court order for this, and send you the details by post??!!. but aside that my debts are all being delt with by a debt company!! (have proof in black and white!!) so are they not tresspassing on our property?? :mad: :mad: has anybody got any ideas/advice they could give me please? cheers
