I advise everyone to have a go. The worst thing that can happen is they say no.

I had been First Direct since it first opened for business.

I got my bank statements for the last 6 years, used the letter template provided by CAG and also the Excel spreadsheet and now First Direct are going to refund me £1204.50 in excess bank charges
